Databases play a major role in overall operations by serving as a management
tool for the President and Executive Director. They help us to streamline
internal communications, improve programs working together; create a central
location for program areas to share information; enhance external outreach
(working with members, affiliates, partners, donors, board, volunteers,
activists, etc); and generate reports to make decisions about processes,
programs, and services.
